This session has assisted those working more consciously with energy as a healer or feel they are on an intensive healing/spiritual path, as if being on the ‘fast train’! As for any session, a particular intention, or intentions, may be put out to the “universe”. One begins to travel, through various realms and dimensions, “soul mapping” pathways so that one may connect more fully with the soul memories across many parallel lifetimes. Depending on a soul’s contracts and agreements for this lifetime, one may have profound shifts including a spiritual “birthing” experience. Sound maybe used through voice and/or instruments. Over the past four years SOUND has been a powerful tool in assisting the anchoring of the Songlines as it activates memories and some aspects (parts of the soul that may not wish to return to the light and love of the crystal heart because of a particular belief, fear or other memories held in the stars, the earth, water consciousness ~ or all three). For some, the need to speak throughout the session is not needed but for others they may need to connect more consciously and be guided while working with a particular soul body, e.g. their mermaid or unicorn body which are a key to connecting to a particular soul gift. Especially if their mental body is overactive, then it is guided more consciously and put to constructive work.

Bowen Technique

This session is for someone who has a significant physical body issue. The technique is an extremely gentle form of physical body work, assisting a wide range of issues from traumatic injury to chronic illness. Any pain or stress experienced in the physical body from knees, shoulders to migraines, respiratory, digestive problems and more. A number of subtle moves performed over the muscles and connective tissues send messages deep into the body bringing the body into balance, and setting it up to heal itself. After certain moves, there are frequent pauses or processing time, usually two minutes, to allow the body time to respond. A person lies face down on the massage table for approximately twenty minutes then turns onto their back for the remaining time. If one is unable to lie on a massage table, the moves can be performed sitting in a chair, even from a wheelchair. A specific problem can be addressed or the body as a whole. Not only is the muscular-skeletal framework addressed but the fascia, nerves and internal organs as well. This technique improves circulation and lymphatic drainage, and aids in the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins. People find this most relaxing because of the “processing time” between moves and the gentle non intrusive way the body work is performed. It is recommended that no other modalities that are manipulative, e.g. massage, be undertaken for at lease five days while the body continues to process and integrate.

The session begins by relaxing and balancing the physical body by performing the basic moves of the Bowen Technique. During this time the “energy vibration” will begin to shift and one will begin to Soul Travel. A profound connection to ones “I Am Presence” can occur as a merging, braiding and aligning process takes place, completing with a solid grounding. Some further information may be channeled that will assist this person with general health tips or other matters.

The apartment is very small but a friend who works during the day has offered me her space for this work. The cost for this session is $60 and appointments can be made between 8 am until 5.00 pm.
